The pineapple is a tropical plant from the Bromeliaceae family. It has a spiky but edible fruit, arguably the best part of a traditional fruit salad. Pineapples may be cultivated from the offset produced at the top of the fruit, possibly flowering in five to ten months and fruiting in the following six months.
Care and Maintenence:
- Water only as needed, do not let it become waterlogged but don't let it dry out. -Feed the plant about once a month with a balanced organic fertilizer at no more than regular strength. -Partial Sunlight.
