Local Deliveries are handled by our Ginger and Spice team and delieveries further out are handled by a third party. We always aim to get you the freshest flowers on time and undamaged. We are largely successful at this but sometimes complications may occur.

Freshness and Damage

Our flowers are always unopened, tight buds when we send them out meaning they will open over time and last for longer. We carefully pack our flowers to ensure they arrive to you looking as good as they did when they left the shop. If your flowers are damaged in transit or they end up being a bad batch from our suppliers (flowers can often die through unforseen circumstance like disease) we will do all we can to rectify the issue.

If you aren’t happy with your flowers please contact us within 72 hours via email at contact@gingerandspiceflorist.com

If possible please send us a picture of the flowers so we can verify whats happened and get in touch with our delivery drivers and ensure we can offer you a refund on the delivery charge. We will then depending on what you want to do either refund you in full or create a new bunch and send it again. This also applies to any accessories such as vases and pots.

If we offer you a refund please be aware that refunds often take 5-10 business days to fully process. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights in respect of damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Non Delivery
While we take all appropriate steps to make sure our flowers are delivered, sometimes mistakes occur. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived on their intended delivery date) we will either send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or we will refund you. If the recipient isn’t home at the time of the delivery we will leave a calling card and try again at a later date. If we cannot deliver it we will contact you and discuss it further.

Returns
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you wish to return any accessories, you can do so within 14 days of the date on which you place your order and we will refund to you the price you paid for the products along with the standard delivery cost for those products. You will need to pay any costs associated with returning the products.
